Step 1
Initial assessment visit, which includes FREE expert advice and a FREE pre-fitting survey
We visit your premises to discuss your brief. During this initial assessment visit, we will chat about your business and any special requirements you may have for the project. We will measure the space, and at the same time we will assess the preparation involved and any problem areas. DPM testing is also carried out.
We offer both free expert advice and a free pre-fitting service at this stage. We are more than happy to answer any questions and offer any advice you may need. Timescales are also discussed.
Step 2
Quote with no hidden costs & samples
Following our initial assessment visit, we will supply you with a detailed quote. The quote includes all the costs involved, the timescales and your requirements. There are no hidden costs. If you requesting flooring samples, these will also be included.
Step 3
Agreement
Once you make a decision to appoint our team to carry out the work, we will agree a commencement date and a deadline for project completion.
Step 4
Quality commercial or residential floor fitting

During the work, we ensure that both the quality of the craftsmanship and the conduct of our team, will be second to none. We entirely project manage everything until we reach the final step.
Step 5
Approval and sign-off
Once the job has been completed, we will thoroughly check all of the final results with you for your approval. We want to ensure that everything is perfect. It is only at this stage, knowing that you are entirely happy, that we’ll ask you to sign off on the job.
